Refund policy

At AMURG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item meets our requirements, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days. If the item does not meet our requirements, we will notify you and return the item to you.

Please note that certain items, such as custom orders or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns. We will provide information about the eligibility of these items in the product description.
